Account Manager, EP (Norway)

You will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives, managing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities to expand market share. The role includes commercial responsibility as well as clinical support of PFA cases (approx. 20%) </span><span style="">The role is a part of the Nordic EP team and reports to Sales Manager/SM EP for Norway. </span></p><p style="line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><strong><span style="">Location</span></strong><span style="">: Remote, <u>field-based in Norway</u>. Candidates should ideally be based in or around <strong>Oslo, Bergen</strong> or<strong> Trondheim</strong>, to ensure strong coverage of the Norwegian territory.</span></p><p style="line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><strong><span style="">In this role, you will be responsible for:</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><strong><u><span style="">Account Management</span></u></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;" type="disc"><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Lead with a strong commercial focus to drive competitive account conversions and increase market share within the geography.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Build and maintain strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in your accounts, in collaboration with Field Clinical Specialists (FCS), Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and Sales Manager.</span></li></ul><p style="line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><strong><u><span style="">Opportunity Identification & Sales Execution</span></u></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;" type="disc"><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within your territory, leveraging cross-functional support when necessary.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Manage the end-to-end sales process, including account planning, pricing strategies, contract- and tender processes.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Work closely with FCS and SM to develop and implement tailored Account Action Plans—covering both commercial and clinical perspectives.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Maximize stakeholder engagement opportunities, including support in the operating room as needed.</span></li></ul><p style="line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><strong><span style="">What We’re Looking For:</span></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;" type="disc"><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device, with mandatory knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management/Electrophysiology products and/or clinical support.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Experience supporting procedures in the operating room is highly valued.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Proven knowledge of local healthcare markets and customer landscape.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferred.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Skilled in preparing tenders and engaging with purchasing departments and hospital decision-makers.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Strong business acumen, with experience in planning and executing sales strategies.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Excellent communication skills and fluency in Norwegian and English language.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Solution oriented attitude, high motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt;"><span style="">Willingness to travel within the region and nationally when required.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;
